Shop at Affirmation Shower Cards
Once full payment has been received by us, your order will be accepted and we will send confirmation that the order has been processed, which is a non-binding acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will be accompanied by shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time and without liability.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If your order is not available from stock, we will contact you. You can wait until the item is available from stock or cancel your order.
Discount codes
One discount code may be used per order. If entered correctly, the discount code will generate the discount in your shopping cart. Unfortunately, it is not possible to post-process codes once the order has been placed due to the cost of bank processing fees for refunds. The best way to stay informed about offers is through social media.
Order errors
You can correct errors in your order up to the point where you click proceed to checkout during the ordering process. Once the order has been shipped, you will be liable for the costs of delivery to and return delivery. Please see our refund policy for more information.
Prices
Please note that the purchase currency is EURO - all other currencies are for guidance only. All prices include VAT at current rates.
Delivery
You have to pay extra for delivery. The rate depends on the country ordered. Any order placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery due to an error in the order addresses, nor for loss or damage to the goods after they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
Estimated delivery time in:
- Netherlands: within 2-3 working days
- Europe: within 10 working days
- Worldwide: within 20 working days
- US and Canada: within 5-8 business days (depending on state and location)
Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to a cause beyond our control, the delivery period may be extended by a reasonable period.
Cancellation rights
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us in writing. You do not need to give us a reason for cancellation, but you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please let us know within 14 days of receipt that you would like to return and/or replace the shower cards. You do this by emailing info@showercards.nl stating your name, the delivery address and your order number. You then have another 14 days to ensure that the product has been returned. It is necessary that you keep the receipt of your return shipment with track & trace option so that we can track it.
Provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when they were delivered to you, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we have the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount we will refund to you. This also applies when we receive defective or damaged products back. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you are not permitted to unpack the goods when you receive them and you must return the goods to us as soon as possible at our contact address at your own expense and risk.

Liability
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the date you ordered it, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address within 60 days of the date you ordered the product.
If you report a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- to replace or repair goods that are damaged.
- to remedy any shortage or non-delivery.
- to reimburse you for the amount paid by you for the goods.
Certain national laws may prohibit the import or export of certain goods to you. We accept no liability nor do we provide any mediation in relation to the export or import of the goods you purchase. You are liable for all customs, import duties or taxes upon importation of goods.
