Returns Policy

Please let us know within 14 days of receipt that you would like to return and/or replace your product(s). You do this by emailing info@showercards.nl stating your name, delivery address and order number.

After sending the email, you must return the product within 14 days. You must be able to prove that you have returned the product on time by means of a shipping confirmation with track & trace option, so that we can track and trace the product.

You return products (if possible) in the original packaging. In any case, clearly show that it is your package by writing and enclosing your name and order number on a note.

Refund:

The shipping costs for returning your purchase will not be reimbursed by Shower cards. If we have been informed of the return request in a timely manner, we have received it in an undamaged and complete condition and (it can be demonstrated that) the return has taken place on time, we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs within 14 days.
